Best place ever! Food is amazing and portions are great. The people are awesome and the owner, Mario, is so sweet. They all are sweet actually and my kids love it there. It's probably my overall pick.

I'm from Arizona where there are good authentic Mexican restaurants on every corner. This is by far the best Mexican food I've had.

I love this establishment. I get the same meal everytime: El Presidente with all 3 beef enchiladas. MWAH. The service is ALWAYS fast, accurate, and friendly. Plus the prices for the food are very fair. Theb entire Toro Loco experience keeps me coming back weekly!

This is the friendliest Mexican Restaurant I have ever experienced. The salsa was great and food was very good. I had shrimp soup which was just the right amount of spicy.

I can't believe there is such an authentic restaurant in this here town!! If you like Mexican food please stop by here you will not be disappointed-I'm seriously thinking about writing Guy from drive ins diners and divesi and tell him to come on through!

Favorite of Locals! The portions are big and the taste is great! The wait staff is always cheerful, courteous and attentive. This place can be packed, but I have never experienced a long wait for food. #1 in Mexican fair in my book!

The service was not what I expected since we usually go to Wheelersburg Toro Loco and the food wasnt the same. Then at the register, the young girl with extra long nails answered the phone and took an order when I went to pay...without any apology for delays.

Absolutely the best in every catagory. One of the things I miss most about Portsmouth since moving is this location of Toro Loco. I've been to several of them since moving and this one is the best of the chain hands down. Next week a good friend is having a birthday and told me she would love some good Mexican food - guess where I'm taking her for lunch! You guessed it. It's well worth the drive from the Ashland area.

Fast service, excellent food, very clean. Salsa could be little better for me needed a bit more salt, some lime and garlic. Otherwise a really great place to eat.

Absolutely delicious! Have never gotten a bad dish, service is wonderful, and priced well. Can't be beat. The best out of all the Toro Loco restaurants.
